Our emotions can show up as pain in our bodies sending us signals that something needs to change. Physical pain can have an underlying connection to feelings attached to events that have happened to us in our past or even in our present situations.
Once the event or the emotions attached are released then our bodies can start to heal.
I offer a natural and intuitive approach to client self-healing. I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Crystal Reiki Practitioner, Crystal and Charka Therapist with training in Pranic Healing modalities. As well as an Ordained Minister. I am based in Louisiana and believe in the power of energy for self-healing through natural and healthy alternatives or complements to western medicine. I am always learning and teaching, with the mission to also teach each client about the natural healing powers they hold within.

Energy Therapy has a broad range of modalities that are based on many years of tradition. With my training and experience in several options for treatment, your body, mind and spirit will feel free and clear of the stressors that life places upon us. Both mentally and physically relaxing, Energy Therapy will open you up to the possibility of your own self-healing. One of the best forms of self-love is taking care of your own energy first.
TRADITIONAL REIKI & CRYSTAL REIKI THERAPY
Hands-on or hovering hands Reiki is an energy therapy technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Crystal Reiki Therapy adds the vibrational healing properties of selected crystals to increase the healing opportunity for the clients benefit. As a certified Reiki & Crystal Reiki Therapist, I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other emotional, physical and spiritual challenges.
CHAKRA ALIGNMENTÂ THERAPY
With my Chakra Alignment Therapy, recipients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I read and clear your energy centers with a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health mentally and physically.
CRYSTALÂ THERAPY
Holistic therapies have a broad range of practices that are based on many years of tradition. With my Crystal Therapy treatment, I read your Chakras and add healing vibrational crystals to the body. This allows the crystals to align any imbalances that are creating a feeling of dis-ease in the body. This allows your mind and energetic body to feel free and clear.

I recently booked my first ever Reiki session with Julie. She walked me through what she was going to do and settled my nerves. I had several chakras that were blocked at the beginning of the session (I believe it was 3 of them). At the end of the hour I was super relaxed and all of my chakras were found to be open. I have been a dedicated practitioner of Reiki Therapy since 2017. Guided by compassion, empathy and a deep understanding of the human energy system, I combine multiple healing therapies to offer my clients the best outcome. As an ordained minister I am also certified in several therapeutic energy modalities, I love empowering clients to understand their energetic, spiritual and physical bodies and discover the gentle power of Reiki and Crystal Reiki Therapy.
As an intuitive Energy Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between "alternative therapies" and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to help you facilitate your healing.
