WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction it is simple, natural and safe method of energetic healing and self improvement that most everyone can benefit from. It promotes physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity. This is done by reducing stress, which allows the relaxation and restoration of the mind and body. The intention of Reiki is to heal mind, body and soul.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
Come with the intention to be open to self-healing and guidance for your highest good. Drink plenty of water the days leading up to your session. Dress comfortably.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?
A brief consultation will take place prior to the session. Reiki sessions are performed with the recipient fully clothed in a comfortable position lying on a massage table. The practitioner will use light touch in several area of the body as well as hovering hands in other areas of the body and intuitively move through the session. Allowing the healing energy to move through them to the recipient in the areas that are needed. After the practitioner and recipient will share the experience and discuss any additional needs.
